Upon selection of your virtual assistant (VA), the full monthly amount will be paid during the onboarding process. Subsequent payments will be invoiced at the end of each month for the upcoming month's billing cycle, ensuring timely compensation for our VAs. Our company follows a bi-monthly salary disbursement schedule, with payments issued on the 15th and 30th of each month.
We understand the importance of meeting commitments. Therefore, if the total monthly hours committed are not met, we offer refunds to ensure fairness and transparency in our billing process.

Hiring Process:
  • Application Form: Applicants interested in virtual assistant positions will complete an application form, which includes a video interview serving as their initial interview, along with details such as character references, background information, educational attainment, and other necessary information.
  • Pre-final Interview: Shortlisted candidates undergo a pre-final interview to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Assessment: Successful candidates from the pre-final interview stage will take an assessment to evaluate their skills and capabilities.
  • Pool of Applicants: Those who pass the assessment enter our pool of applicants, ready for client selection. If a suitable candidate is not found in the pool, we dedicate one week to sourcing and presenting the best candidate options.
  • Client Interview: Clients have the opportunity to interview candidates from the pool and select the ones that best fit their requirements.
  • Onboarding: It's important to note that we do not provide training for virtual assistants. Clients are responsible for providing any necessary training and guidance to their chosen VA(s) during the onboarding process.
